Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 6 months of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Changed your mind?
Because our products are used for feeding, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for the customer's account.
How to start a return
Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
