Shipping policy

1. Delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders of R499 or more. Orders under R499 have a flat delivery fee of R90. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. We currently deliver within South Africa only.

2. Delivery times
Orders usually arrive within 8 to 11 business days from the date you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Outlying and rural areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but if your order is significantly delayed we will keep you updated.

3. Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it.

4. Your address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete, including your unit, complex or building name. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, the cost of resending it may be for your account.

5. Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at info@babyboo.co.za. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

6. Stock
We keep our stock levels up to date, but if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a full refund.
