These terms apply when you use babyboo.co.za or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act).

BabyBoo is a trading name of Matthew Denton, a sole proprietor in South Africa.

2. Our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including photos, materials and sizes. Small differences in colour may occur because of screen settings. Please read the product information, safety guidance and care instructions before use.
3. Product safety
Our hands-free bottle frees up your hands, not your attention. Always stay with your baby during every feed, keep your baby semi-upright while feeding, check the teat and tube for wear before each use, and wash and sterilise all parts before first use. If you are unsure whether the product is suitable for your baby, ask your clinic sister or paediatrician.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the full price you pay. Delivery within South Africa is free. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing your order and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have a 7-day cooling-off right under the ECT Act, and a 6-month right to return defective goods under the CPA. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Free gifts and promotions
Free gifts, such as the silicone bottle brush, are offered while stock lasts and have no cash value. Bundle prices and promotions may change, but any change will not affect orders already placed.
9. Reviews and content
If you send us a review or photo, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and that you are happy for us to show it on our website and social media. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
10. Intellectual property
The BabyBoo name, logo, website design, text and images belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using our products in a way that goes against our instructions and safety guidance. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA, including your rights in respect of defective goods.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
